Aomori Prefecture, among which 40 are
marketed across the world.

San Fuji is also called “bagless Fuji”, as it is grown without bags and exposed to plenty of sunlight. This method gives it a rich aroma and signature honeycore centre.

The flesh of Orin is slightly firm and dense, with a juicy bite. This apple has almost no sourness and is known for its sweetness and unique fragrance.

Other than its firm flesh and rich taste, Kinsei is recognised for being pleasantly juicy and sweet.

Ripe Toki apples offer a superb balance between sweetness and sourness. It has also inherited the uniquely sweet fragrance and juiciness from Orin.

Fragrant and juicy. Shinao Gold is distinguished by its high sugar content and strong acidity.
