Welcome to Aomori apple season. Pattie invites Thai people to try Japan’s best apple!

Pattie Ungsumalynn introduced Thai people to the many interesting varieties of Aomori apple imported directly from Japan and invite all to try the deliciousness of the prized fruit. Now available in Thailand exclusively from October 2022 to April 2023.

On 28th November 2022, the Aomori Prefecture Apple Association announced the opening of Aomori apple season in a press conference at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 with special guest, Pattie Ungsumalynn Sirapatsakmetha. The event was carried out with the concept of “Unwrap the Story Behind”, revealing the stories of Aomori apple such as the varieties available in Thailand, the delicate process of growing Aomori apple and the secret of a star-cut technique to all apple lovers in Thailand.

The event was decorated like the apple orchard! As a huge apple lover herself, our special guest Pattie gave an interview of her experience traveling to apple farms in Aomori, and shared her best impression to the Thai audience. At the event, there were fun activity booths where Pattie got to taste 5 types of Aomori apple and learn how to prepare the apples using the star-cut technique. Also, all the visitors were treated to an unlimited serving of fresh and tasty Aomori apples while exploring the stories of Aomori apple from the showcases and informative boards around the room. The guests were very satisfied as the event was filled with the incredible aroma of deliciousness and happiness.

The varieties of Aomori apple (Fuji, Sun Fuji, Orin, Kinsei, Sekai Ichi, Toki, Shinano Gold, Mutsu, Meigetsu) will be available in Thailand from October 2022 until April 2023 at Tops Supermarket, Gourmet Market, Fooodland, Don Don Donki and Maxvalue. For more information, please contact our stores.
