Aomori Prefecture, located in the north of Japan, has a cool climate perfect for apple cultivation. To keep up with the evolving tastes of the Japanese people, a wide variety of delicious apples were rapidly produced and improved, one after another.

The process begins with trimming, pruning, fertilizing the plants just the right amount, and mowing 4 to 6 times during the growing season.
After pollination by bees, the fruits are picked so that only one apple remains per three to five plants.
Each apple is individually bagged.
The bags are peeled off
and the fruit is carefully harvested by hand.
Aomori, as its name suggests, produces the Aomori apples. Its high production rate of apples has earned the prefecture the "Apple Kingdom of Japan" title.
With a production history spanning over 150 years, approximately 60% of all apples harvested in Japan today come from Aomori.
Since beginning to export apples more than 100 years ago, Aomori apples are loved around the world for their high quality. The amount of apples exported overseas has more than 〇〇 in the past 20 years, as global fans of Aomori Apple products continue to grow in numbers.
Aside from Fuji, which accounts for half of Aomori's apple production, there are many unique varieties such as Ohorin, Tsugaru, and Jona-gold, as well as Sekaiichi and Meigetsu.
